What's included?​

  • Private folders are created online for you to stay organized. You can also set files to be accessible offline (Great for when you're traveling and want to get something done).​

  • Personalized Mood Board (Also becomes your Decor Set Up Guide!)

  • Finding the right venue for each of our clients is important. We pay attention to your inspiration, your budget, and take your other bookings/purchases into consideration.

  • We help you find and book the vendors right for you. - From figuring out what your goal is with each vendor and discussing other possibilities, to reading over contracts, and final timeline reviews before your big day!

  • Task Timeline: Keeping you organized throughout the process in the form of a checklist.

  • Timeline Planning

  • Layout & Seating Chart Planning

  • And so much more!

Coordinating

What's included?

  • Private folders are created online for each client to stay organized. Files can also be set to be accessible offline. Great for when you're traveling and want to get something done and this is just one of the benefits of the

  • Before the wedding, you'll provide your venue contract and vendor contracts. Providing these will help to ensure everything you planned... Goes as planned.​

  • Almost every client has a timeline made. However, we love to ensure that we pay close attention to all your details. - We use our own Timeline format to include your song choices, any timestamps in songs for entrances, and many other details.

  • Final Review Calls with the client, venue and all vendors.

  • Rehearsal Services (Must be scheduled with Sunset Culture Events ahead of time to ensure availability.)

  • Day of Coordinating

  • Set Up, Breakdown, and Trash Clean Up Services are available in addition to our Coordinating Services but is not included

  • Business Insurance (Required by most venues)

Design

What' do we offer?​​

- Design -

Whether you're looking for someone to bring your vision to life or you need a visionary to turn a blank canvas into a dream! - We can provide decor and custom pieces to your liking. We are always happy to work with other rental companies to provide what we may not!

 

- Set Up -

Whether you're using our Design Services and Decor or you're providing us with your own.

 

- Breakdown -

Whether we provide Set Up Services or you just need someone to handle packing up at the end of your big day.

 

- Trash Clean Up -

Not every dining option comes with a catering team (They're usually the ones to pick up at the end of the dining service). In these cases, we also provide our clients with the option to pay for Trash Clean Up Services.

  • All Design Services include a Personalized Mood Board (Also becomes your Decor Set Up Guide!).

  • All clients also receive complimentary access to EVERYTHING in our inventory!​

  • Business Insurance  (Required by most venues)
