We help our clients envision their design (decor) on their big day by creating a Mood Board. Our goal when creating Mood Boards is to show clients their decor together for to each area according to their inspiration/style.

We can help you find hotels, resorts, or vacation properties. We can also help with creating hotel blocks for guests to book with a discounted rate.

Traveling to a destination and preparing for a Destination Wedding is a lot to handle! We assist our clients through the whole process. From going through a pre-departure checklist, to confirming flights, confirming transportation, and of course... The day of your wedding.

On the day of your wedding, we assist our clients with many different things... Vendor Management, Design Management (Set Up & Breakdown as is required),  and Timeline Management are just a few things we attend to. We can assist you with finding the right vendors for your big day. We provide you with options (You may provide options as well!) based on your budget, needs, and location. You can speak with those vendors yourself or we're happy to speak with them as a group!

When paying wedding vendors, some may require the full amount upfront, while others may allow for monthly payments. Many vendors will take a non-refundable deposit to hold your date, and the remaining balance will likely need to be paid a month before the wedding.

You can use travel points and miles to get the most value. - You should also give thought to what your guests will need in regards to transportation. Whether it be to and from the airport or otherwise.
